- U.S. Citizen, proof of citizenship required (copy of passport).
- Applicants must, at a minimum,meet the set forth standards minninum age of 18 applying or has applied to become a bond agent or security officer, be at least 21 years of age for pistol training or waiver signed by parent military service be honorably discharged "state requirment".
- Applicants may be required to pass a physical fitness test prior to admission depending on the course request.
- KLA does not discriminate on the basis of sex, origin, religious affiliation, etc.
Training will be physically and mentally demanding and will include, among other things, working in field conditions.

Admission decisions are at the sole discretion of KLA. Surprisingly, the vast majority of Americans don't. KLA now offers CPR certification course through the American Red Cross. KLA instructors conduct the training at our training facility and are available off-site. | | 5 DAY ADVANCED TACTICAL This course consists of classroom instruction and instructor-led/supervised advanced practical exercises (drills) at the small group level. Subject matter is designed to prepare a newly assigned member to effectively, efficiently, and safely gain the basic and advanced tactical skills necessary to function as a unit assault team member. The student must achieve 700 of a possible 1000 points, or 70%, to successfully complete this course. This training is designated high risk.

Tactical Emergency Wound Care Under Fire In a fight for survival where seconds count, a wounded person cannot wait for qualified EMT personnel to arrive and take care of critical wounds. Each and every officer should be skilled in the use of a basic trauma kit, how to stop excessive bleeding, do CPR and recognize specific wounds. All this whilst being in a fight!
